Duties:
Client Engagement and Support
- Client functional and/or technical requirements gathering and definition both on and off-site.
- System design, development, and implementation both on and off-site.
- Client support both on and off-site.
- Client training both on and off-site.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, internal staff, and technology partners both verbally and through written communication.
- Configures technical sales demos.
- Participates on sales calls as a subject matter expert.
- Identifies solutions that meet client requirements and that are feasible to implement.
- Detailed client-ready documentation for all phases of a project.
- Monitors system performance and usage and resolves any issues resulting from the monitoring.
Technical Oversight and Strategic Management
- Keep current with infrastructure technologies.
- Project Management.
- Proposal Development.
- Vendor and Partner Selection that includes the development of RFPs and RFIs.
Qualifications:
- Equivalent combination of education and job-related experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in an IT related discipline required; minimum 3.5 GPA preferred.
- Experience or coursework in the following areas are highly preferred:
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 Annually
