Supports the President and the senior executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently. Works independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and support duties. Oversees and manages the Company’s Office Activities Committee by coordinating employee, wellness, and community service activities and initiatives. Organizes leadership conferences and retreats. Determines content, designs, coordinates, and distributes monthly company newsletters. Negotiates and monitors vendor agreements and manages the donation and foundation requests.

Tradewind Group is now accepting applications for the 2026 Summer Internship Program. Selected interns will be placed within one of our companies, aligned with their areas of interest. Each intern will contribute to a meaningful project designed to enhance organizational performance while gaining valuable, hands-on professional experience.

Reviews, develops, and incorporates efficiencies into the current work flow and processes within the Workers’ Compensation section. Provides administrative and operational support to the supervisor and adjusting staff. Reviews and develops plans, and coordinates functions, within the section including operational and training related needs. Performs functions necessary to support the section and department on a day to day basis.

Under minimal to no supervision, reviews, investigates, evaluates, negotiates and resolves a variety of multi-line casualty claims including but not limited to disputed liability, personal injury, coverage disputes, and contract based losses, and specialty claims of a complex nature. Independently handles all aspects of assigned claim inventory in line with department standards, procedures, and appropriate claims practices.

Sells, underwrites and services new and renewal personal lines house accounts in accordance with carrier policies and procedures, (requests and inquiries by telephone and/or mail-ins) within authority. Provides assistance and support with obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts. Performs all duties under minimal supervision. 

Serves in the role of In-house customer care specialist. Collects and processes endorsements.  Provides service to agents and customers by handling policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries over the telephone, walk-in or email.  Saves and retains existing policyholders by conducting outbound calls.
