Responds to, analyzes and resolves tier 1 and tier 2 computer hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile device and other IT related service requests for the Tradewind Group family of companies. Provides application software installation and testing for standard desktop applications. Provides application software installation for business unit applications. Occasional travel to various company locations is required. Occasional work on nights and weekends is required.

The Auto Claims Adjuster I is responsible for the end-to-end management of personal auto claims with a focus on analytical evaluation, strategic negotiation, and resolution. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, this role supports the company’s claims operations by applying specialized knowledge and judgment to complex claim scenarios.

Under minimal to no supervision, handles claims from first notice to final disposition. Duties include, but are not limited to, coverage analysis, investigation, litigation management, and negotiation of a variety of claims assigned, including the more complex and severe damage and/or injury cases.
