The Senior Compensation Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce.

The Director, Human Resources Operations will be adept in collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute human resources strategies, policies, and programs that foster employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across our family of companies.

Under some supervision, reviews, investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves multi-line auto claims.

Sell, underwrite and service new and renewal personal lines house accounts in accordance with carrier policies and procedures, (requests and inquiries by telephone and/or mail-ins) within authority. Provides assistance and support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts. Perform all duties under minimal supervision.

Provides assistance and support to Consultants and/or higher level Account Managers in placing, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts in accordance with agency’s policies and procedures.

With lead Broker oversight, provides excellent customer service and processes new and renewal brokerage business, issues quote proposals and binders/invoices, and handles claims, endorsements, audits and other transactional items related to such accounts.
