Provides administrative and operational assistance to the various claim department units which include operational support to the adjusters and supervisors, generating supervisory reports,

The Business Development Manager – AOAO prospects for new clients by utilizing their existing network, centers of influence and other means to generate new leads and business.

Supports Independent Agents and/or House Accounts with minimal supervision. Assists clients with their policies via phone, email inquiry or walk in. Accurately and promptly submits endorsement and cancellation material to insurance companies in accordance with each carrier’s requirements. Accurately and promptly enters new business, endorsement and cancellation policy data into the Agency Management System in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Processes transactions in a professional manner that minimizes Atlas’ Errors and Omissions exposure.

Responds to and resolves tier 1 computer hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile device and other IT related service requests for the Tradewind Group family of companies. Occasional travel to various company locations may be required. Occasional work on nights and weekends may be required.

Serves in the role of In-house agent. Generates new business through inbound and outbound sales calls from highly interested potential customers.

Provides assistance and support to Consultants and/or higher level Account Managers in placing, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts in accordance with agency’s policies and procedures.
