Pay Range: $95,000 – $110,000

Job Summary:

Plans, directs and coordinates the new and renewal underwriting, pricing and sales of the Surety book. The Supervisor is accountable for managing the producer force, with a focus on producer relationship management. Supervises assigned staff and ensures tasks are completed.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 
• 5 years surety underwriting experience required; and successful supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, technical, sales and supervisor background experience will be considered.
• Continuing education in insurance and job-related issues and subjects required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and use of own vehicle required.
• Attainment of or working towards AFSB and CPCU or other professional designation(s) preferred.

Annual Salary Range:

• $95,000 ~ $110,000. Commensurate with experience.
