Summary:

The Senior Compensation Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation with tangential experience in benefits, recognition programs, total rewards, and executive compensation.  The Senior Compensation Analyst will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will play a key role in analyzing compensation data, evaluating job roles, and ensuring internal and external equity in our compensation framework for staff and executives.

In-office position for the first six months, may consider hybrid work thereafter.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.  
  • 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong understanding of compensation practices, job evaluation methodologies, and market analysis.
  • Equivalent combination of education and job-related experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP preferred), Performance Management System (Cornerstone preferred), and advanced MS Excel skills required.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (SPHR/PHR and/or SHRM-SCP/CP) and/or Compensation (CCP) preferred.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually
