Location: Honolulu, HI

Summary:

Responsible for new and renewal account transactions, assisting with renewal solicitations, and issuing binders, invoices, policies, and endorsements. Additionally, the role involves processing and monitoring claims and premium audits, managing high-volume and time-sensitive transactions, and effectively communicating with agency partners and policyholders regarding their policies.

Education and/or Experience:    

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Proven ability to work on a team as well as operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Good organizational skills, able to multitask, prioritize and follow up in a timely manner.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Obtain Hawaii Property and Casualty Resident Producer license within 90 days of hire date.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $23.00 Hourly
